This Privacy Policy explains how the Slabcastle website handles information when you visit slabcastle.us.com, view embedded content, or choose to contact Slab Studios. The site is currently designed primarily as a creator, streaming, community, and technology showcase.
2. Information handled by the website
Slabcastle does not currently operate a public account system or a website contact form. The site may still involve limited technical data needed to deliver the website safely and reliably.
- Hosting and security data: the hosting or content-delivery provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser headers, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
- Technical browser storage: limited browser or session storage may be used for compatibility or site functionality.
- Email contact: selecting a contact link opens your email application. If you choose to send an email, Slab Studios will receive the information you voluntarily include in that message.
3. Slab Pulse demo
The Slab Pulse visualization currently uses simulated activity. Demo counts, event labels, and map locations are fictional and do not represent actual visitors, viewer locations, or account statistics. The demo does not request your device location.
4. Embedded and third-party services
The site may load content or resources from third parties. Those services can receive technical information directly from your browser and apply their own privacy practices.
- Twitch: the embedded Twitch player may process usage data, cookies, account information, or other information under Twitch's own policies when it loads or when you interact with it.
- Google Fonts: font resources may be requested from Google infrastructure, which can receive standard network request information.
- Cloudflare: when the site is delivered through Cloudflare, Cloudflare may process network, security, performance, and request data as part of hosting, caching, and protecting the site.
- External links: links to Twitch, social platforms, Discord, or other websites take you to services controlled by those third parties.
5. Analytics
At the effective date shown above, the exported Slabcastle site does not have a configured Google Analytics property actively collecting website analytics through MonsterInsights. If Slabcastle later enables analytics, advertising technology, or additional tracking, this policy will be updated to describe that use and any consent choices required by applicable law.
6. Future social-platform integrations
Slabcastle plans to connect authorized platform APIs for creator statistics and engagement data. Any production integration should use only the permissions required for the feature and should keep private API credentials off the public website. If those integrations materially change how personal information is handled, this policy will be updated before or when the change is launched.
7. How information is used
Information Slab Studios receives directly may be used to operate and secure the site, respond to communications, understand technical problems, improve the visitor experience, and support legitimate business or collaboration inquiries. Slab Studios does not sell personal information obtained directly through this website.
8. Retention and third-party data
Email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Third-party providers control their own logs, cookies, and retention practices, so their policies should be reviewed separately.
